Night Riders

We are the Night Riders - we do not fear the dark.

we boldly face the blackest shadows - we do not disembark.

We surf the ether of the night with abandon and with glee,

we buck the standard wisdoms… the edge of reality.

We are the Night Riders - we truly come alive,

when the stars begin to sparkle and the light bleeds from the sky.

We chat about the unknown realms - and we don’t always agree,

but we always have each other’s backs… a modern family.

We are the Night Riders - there’s nothing that we dread,

exploring all the secret paths that others fear to tread.

We’re not afraid of what we learn - as long as it is true,

unlocking all those mysteries… the ancient and the new.

We are the Night Riders - the nocturnal guardians,

we closely watch the nefarious, whatever be their plans.

With active minds and open hearts we question wrong and right,

and search for every answer… in the stillness of the night.
